This Privacy Policy explains how Viral Engine handles information when you use the Viral Engine website and application.
When you choose to connect Google Ads, Viral Engine uses Google's OAuth authorization flow and the Google Ads API. The application requests the Google Ads API scope needed for its advertising integration.
The application stores the OAuth refresh token in Cloudflare KV so it can obtain short-lived access tokens without storing your Google password. Access tokens are used to make authorized Google Ads API requests. Google Ads account information retrieved through the API is used only for the application's advertising-related functionality.
Viral Engine does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not used for advertising outside the functionality you request from the application, and it is not transferred to unrelated third parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect security, or as otherwise disclosed to you.
If you submit a public URL, Viral Engine may retrieve publicly available metadata such as a page title, description, author information or thumbnail where available. This information is used to analyze the content and prepare promotion recommendations.
When an AI provider is configured for the application, relevant public media metadata and planning inputs may be sent to that provider to generate analysis or campaign recommendations. The application does not need your Google password for this process.
OAuth credentials and application secrets are intended to be stored server-side. The application uses HTTPS for network requests and Cloudflare infrastructure for the deployed service. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
You can stop using the service and revoke the application's Google authorization from your Google account settings. If you need assistance with application data, use the contact channel associated with the Viral Engine Google Ads API application.
