1. Service

Viral Engine provides tools for analyzing public creator content and preparing digital advertising plans. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Authorized use

You may use Viral Engine only for content and advertising accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with Google Ads policies, copyright law, platform rules and applicable laws.

3. No artificial engagement

Viral Engine does not provide bots, fake views, fake likes, fake subscribers, click farms, engagement exchanges or other artificial traffic.

4. Advertising plans

A generated campaign plan is a recommendation for review. A plan does not guarantee impressions, clicks, views, followers, revenue or viral performance. Budget estimates are not promises of actual advertising cost or results.

5. Google services

Google Ads and Google Ads API remain subject to Google's own terms, policies, account permissions and availability. Viral Engine is independent from Google and is not endorsed by Google.

6. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit, the media you promote, the destinations you advertise and the advertising budget you authorize.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an availability basis. We may suspend access for security, maintenance, abuse or policy reasons.
